Returns


 For the Christmas period all orders made between 21st November - 23rd December, we will be extending our refund policy until 9th January. 

Orders made after 24th December our usual returns policy will resume

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase we will refund or exchange providing the item(s) are returned to us in perfect condition. unworn with all tags attached within 14 days (UK) and 21 days (internationally).

For hygiene purposes, please try on knickers, bodysuits, playsuits and swimwear over your own underwear as we will not accept returns of soiled or worn garments. Any items we believe to have been worn will be returned back to you.

NO refunds or exchanges can be given for any Bespoke orders.

 

 

HOW TO RETURN

 Before returning any items, please notify info@ellandcee.co.uk for notification.

 To return an item please complete the Returns slip enclosed with your parcel and attach the address label to the outside of your parcel. Please include all original packing.

 We take great care in our packing and inspect for faults prior to despatch. In the unlikely event of a fault, we will refund / exchange / replace the item as soon as possible. In this case, we will be happy to refund the cost of returning the goods back to us. We must be notified of the fault withing 14 days(UK) and 21 days(internationally). 

All Ell & Cee garments are hand wash only due to their delicate nature, and no refund or exchange will be given on items that have not been cared for in the correct way.

 

Please allow up to 7 working days upon your receipt of package for your exchange or refund to be issued. Please send items back by a recorded method or request proof of postage, as we will not be held responsible for any items lost during transit.

Please note postage costs will not be reimbursed on refunded or exchanged items.
